Learn Scandinavian flat-plane figure carving techniques and create a Dala-inspired horse, the national symbol of Sweden. Time allowing, participants may complete their carving with traditional milk paint and a simple wood finish.
All experience levels are welcome. Materials are part of the workshop fee and include two Dala Horse blanks, milk paint, finishing oil, and sandpaper.
