Learn Scandinavian flat-plane figure carving techniques and create a Dala-inspired horse, the national symbol of Sweden. Time allowing, participants may complete their carving with traditional milk paint and a simple wood finish.

All experience levels are welcome. Materials are part of the workshop fee and include two Dala Horse blanks, milk paint, finishing oil, and sandpaper.

Rose Holdorf teaches this workshop, check-out her website here.
