Visit Troll Ole Bolle, part of the Northwest Troll: Way of the Bird King exhibition, a public art project. The exhibition includes six sites in the Pacific Northwest with five trolls in Washington state and one here on the Nordic Northwest Campus.
These trolls are fashioned almost entirely out of recycled wood materials and tell the story of protecting nature and honoring our land. In Nordic mythology and folklore, trolls are known to be fierce protectors of nature.
Great for ages 5 and older.
All materials will be provided, along with step by step instruction. Each attendee will go home with a sunflower seed pot made of recycled materials.
This is a multi-generational activity! An adult guardian is required for children under the age of 18. Adult guardians do not have to purchase a ticket if they only plan to assist their children in the craft. Adults who plan to make their own craft are required to purchase a ticket.
