Have you always wanted to enjoy saunas in Portland but don’t know where to start? Join us for a discussion with Lizzy Acker, The Oregonian reporter who knows the ins-and-outs of local saunas and spas!

More about our Speaker:

Lizzy Acker is a reporter for The Oregonian who covers life and and write’s the advice column, "Why Tho?" She covers everything from ice cream to Oregon's legal psilocybin program to car-less travel. She is an expert on Portland-area hot tubs and saunas, having visited and written about almost all of them multiple times.

Doors open at 5 pm; there we will be a no host bar serving select wines and beers along with non-alcoholic beverages. Light refreshments will be served.


we encourage guests to use public transportation or ride-sharing services. Our 50-space parking lot is open on a first come, first-served, basis and limited street parking is available on SW 89th & 90th Avenues.


Nordia House has two accessible parking spots in our main lot facing SW Oleson Rd. Both the main entrance facing SW Oleson Rd. and our side entrance facing SW Taylors Ferry Rd. are wheelchair accessible. All restrooms have accessible stalls but no power doors.
