Split freshly cut logs, process the wood into blanks with an ax and saw, and practice several traditional carving grips with a carving and hook knife to whittle a wooden spoon. Participants take home a finishing kit, so their spoon is kitchen-ready!
All experience levels are welcome. Tools and safety gloves are provided. Additional materials included with the workshop fee are a spoon blank, sandpaper, and finishing oil.
This workshop is taught by Rose Holdorf, check-out her website here.
