Nordic Northwest's Volunteer Fair & Mixer
April 19, 2023 | 6 PM to 8 PM | Nordia House

Come grab an opportunity!

Want to do something new this year? Volunteer with Nordic Northwest!

Join us to meet our wonderful event, program and board committees in search of volunteers followed by a social mixer with light snacks and drinks!

Chat with Committee members and find out how:

  • The Friday Night Lecture Series creates its line-up,

  • The Cook & Eat Committee decides which wonderful chefs to invite,

  • The Finance Committee crunches numbers,

  • The ScanFair Committee builds their entertainment schedule and selects vendors,

  • The Program Committee creates a balanced event plan for the year,

  • The Midsummer Committee sources and preps all those beautiful flowers & birch

  • The Nordic Vintage & Treasure Sale Committee members became art experts,

  • Much fun it is to volunteer on the Fastelavn and Festival Committees… and much more.

Interested in office assistance, or not quite ready for a Committee position but interested in event assistance? We have you covered!

We will kick off with a short overview, and then you’ll have a chance to rotate through breakouts where each committee will describe their focus and activities.

Find all of the ways you can implement your knowledge, learn new skills, network, give back to the community and have fun - all while volunteering.

RSVP is not required but helps us plan.
