For passports / ID Cards you must register for an appointment. Appointments can be booked through the online appointment reservation system by clicking on the link below. The detailed instructions and application forms are delivered automatically via email once you book your appointment. Note that you need to take both originals and copies of needed documents to the meeting.
Email the consulate general at passi.los@gov.fi if you have address changes /other consular / notarial issues and they may be able to accommodate this at the same time.
