The Facilities Manager is responsible for the maintenance of Nordic Northwest facilities, which include the 19,000 square foot Nordia House (2015), historic Fogelbo log cabin (1937), and four acres of landscaped grounds and parking
In this role you will coordinate and schedule maintenance tasks performed by contracted vendors, volunteers and occasionally by yourself. When capital improvements to facilities and grounds are authorized by the Board of Directors you will have primary staff responsibility to coordinate and execute the works.
This position also involves special events and facility rentals. You will schedule and/or supervise the set-up and take down of equipment and furnishings used in events, including sound, lighting, audio, visual technology.
