We are seeking an energetic and organized professional to join our staff team. The Rental Coordinator is responsible for marketing, selling and coordinating private event rentals. This position is the primary point of contact in communication and coordination with the client from giving tours, providing bids, and troubleshooting problems. Other responsibilities also include: event set-up and take down, implementing event logistics & oversight, guest interactions and operating audio/visual equipment. This position impacts the mission of Nordic Northwest by raising needed revenue and provides a first-class event experience for clients and guests.
