As part of National Sauna Week, Nordic Northwest will host a free, drop-in livestream viewing space in the MLC conference room on February 18 and 19, featuring sessions streamed live from across the country. Visitors are welcome to come and go throughout the day, watch whatever session is airing at the time, and enjoy a laid-back environment centered on Nordic sauna culture, wellness, and community. From conversations about tradition and modern sauna practices to cultural storytelling and education, this is an easy, no-pressure way to take part in a national celebration of sauna culture without needing to register or stay for a full program.
