Join this workshop anytime after it starts and get ready for Spring by making your own paper flower crown!
Nordic countries are known for their beautiful paper crafts, including handmade paper flowers, and of course Spring and Midsummer flower crowns. Get ready to make your own colorful paper flower crown that will last all year long!
In this workshop students will learn how to create a variety of paper flowers out of construction paper, tissue paper, and crepe paper. They will then learn how to attached the crowns to a circle to create a full crown of flowers to wear on their heads. Flower crowns make great costume accessories for dress up, and lift your spirits all year round.
All materials will be provided, along with step by step instruction. Students will leave with at least one completed paper flower crown.
This is a multi-generational activity! An adult guardian is required for children under the age of 18. Adult guardians do not have to purchase a ticket if they only plan to assist their children in the craft. Adults who plan to make their own craft are required to purchase a ticket.
