Skål is translated as cheers or good health! Bring your friends and family for a toast at Nordic Northwest. Roots Wine Company will be offering tastings with the option to purchase their product with light refreshments provided.
We are happy to be partnering with local organizations who have been great community partners. We welcome them to celebrate their craft.
This is a family friend event, but you must be 21 years or older to drink alcohol.

About the Winery
Based in the Yamhill-Carlton District of the Willamette Valley, Roots Wine Company was started when winemaker and grower Chris Berg, his parents, Chuck and Dian, and his wife, Hillary planted seven acres of mostly Pinot Noir in 1999. In 2002 Chuck and Dian moved to sunny Arizona, and Chris and Hilary moved onto the vineyard from Portland. Today Roots produces 5000 cases of wine annually. Their main varietals are the flagship Estate Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, and Chardonnay with grapes sourced from other local vineyards.
