Andrew Haight

Andrew Haight serves as Executive Director of Nordic Northwest, bringing extensive experience in cultural institutions, education, community engagement, fundraising, and nonprofit leadership. Before joining Nordic Northwest, Andrew served as Director of Individual Giving at the Oregon Museum of Science and Industry (OMSI) and held a variety of leadership roles with both OMSI and the New York Botanical Garden.

Drawn to Nordic Northwest’s mission, vision, inclusive programming, and role as a welcoming home for community, Andrew is passionate about creating meaningful experiences that connect people through culture, learning, and shared discovery. He is committed to strengthening Nordic Northwest’s impact while helping guide the organization into its next chapter of growth and community engagement.

Outside of work, Andrew enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife, Mavia, and their children. An avid cross-country skier, he can often be found at Teacup Nordic Center during the winter and exploring the trails, forests, and waterways of the Pacific Northwest throughout the year.
