Lyssa Kemble

Lyssa Kemble joined the Nordic Northwest staff in 2025, where they now provide enthusiastic customer service, scheduling, staffing, and support for private rental events on campus. Prior to joining the Nordic Northwest crew, they worked in graduate education, as well as in hospitality and mail services. The most fulfilling part of their job is watching clients get to relax and be “guests” at their own event after working in consistent tandem with them and their vendors to create a dazzling celebration, peaceful service, or seamless corporate meeting.

When not at Nordia House, Lyssa is a habitual dabbler who enjoys using all the benefits their library card has to offer, developing and experimenting with flavor-packed recipes, crafting outfits, writing poems, being near nature, and playing with their beloved and naughty cat, Gingersnap (whose Nordic sweet-treat name is entirely coincidental).
