Key Partner Event: Norske Runddansere Scandinavian Dance Lesson Season

Norske Runddansere, the leading Scandinavian dance group in Portland for over 40 years, begins its 2026-27 dance lesson season Mon., Sept. 14, at Nordic Northwest, 8800 SW Oleson, Portland. Doors open at 7pm; hour-long lessons start at 7:15 pm, followed by an hour of open dancing, including easy group dances for beginners. No partner or experience is necessary for the fun, welcoming environment and exercise of authentic Nordic folk dances taught through the coming year. Weekly sessions offer couples and group dances, often to live folk music. Admission is $10/week; $125 for an annual membership. More info at norskerunddansere.org.
