Spooktacular Halloween Workshop

With Halloween just around the corner, kids can get into the spooky spirit with a hands-on LEGO® building workshop led by Play-Well TEKnologies. Using tens of thousands of LEGO® bricks, young builders will create ghosts, moving decorations, and other imaginative Halloween designs while learning about gear drives, problem-solving, and simple engineering concepts along the way.

LEGO®, the beloved Danish building toy whose name comes from leg godt, meaning “play well,” has inspired generations of creativity and learning. In this workshop, experienced Play-Well instructors will guide students through a fun, collaborative STEM experience where they can experiment, build, and create without fear of making mistakes.

We are excited to offer this workshop as a drop-off program. Parents and caregivers are welcome to leave or stay on campus but are asked not to stay in the classroom during the workshop unless there is a special need. On-campus sites and things to do include Broder Söder restaurant, Finn Ware Nordic gift shop, Ole Bolle giant troll, and beautiful short walking trails around the campus.

Play-Well instructors are trained to work with a broad range of students and needs and are excited to create an amazing experience for your student. Play-Well aims to create a safe space, physically and emotionally, for students, so parents are asked not to stay in the room for the duration of the workshop in order to foster cooperation, creativity, and peer interactions.
