Five Nordic Holiday Dinner Side Dishes (SOLD OUT)

The holidays are the most wonderful time of the year – especially in the Nordic countries. We are excited to be sharing holiday dinner side recipes from each of the Nordic countries: Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway, and Sweden. We'll start the evening with a toast for the holidays. Then you’ll get a chance to try each of the dishes, we'll go over each of the recipe, and get a more in-depth demonstration on some specialty techniques. You can get ahead of your holiday plans by tasting and practicing now!  There will be wine, beer, and soda to purchase to accompany the dishes. 

You will leave with a recipe booklet!
