Shawn MacArthur

Shawn MacArthur joined Nordic Northwest as our Festival & Fundraising Events Manager in 2022 before becoming the Director of Development in 2023. With a Guinness World Record for creating the world’s largest blanket fort and a “Best of” award from Willamette Week for events, we knew he would be a great fit for organizing Nordic Northwest’s largest festivals and events. Shawn strives to create an immersive experience to the community and knows he’s done it when he sees people smiling and having fun at an event. In his spare time, Shawn enjoys powerlifting and traveling.
