The strategic plan will define Nordic Northwest’s path for the next five years. The process and work drew feedback from the wider community, including members, volunteers, donors and Nordic related organizations. The high-level goals will remain the focus for Nordic Northwest over the coming years. This activity will help Nordic Northwest fulfill its vision to enrich the lives of its members and wider community and to fulfill the mission of Nordic Northwest.

Digital Strategy Strengthen Nordic Northwest’s ability to fulfill its mission both inside and outside the four physical walls of Nordia House. Provide cultural & educational programming that is consumable online. Serve members & volunteers with efficient processes, consistent user experiences, in a safe and secure manner Communications, Marketing and Branding Strategy Develop comprehensive communications, marketing & branding strategies to grow audiences, increase engagement & strengthen brand & positive image. Master Plan Strategy Develop a comprehensive plan for the Nordic Northwest Campus.
Financial Stability and Coordination Create and maintain long-term financial stability for Nordic Northwest to meet is mission.
Help shape Nordic Northwest’s future and realize its vision by participating on one of the five volunteer Task Forces that will develop the strategy to address five high-level activities. Please provide your bio or a description how your experience and skills match with the Task Force work. Volunteer Task Forces will review information from interested members and decide on Task Force membership.
Nordic Northwest began a strategic planning process in 2020 to define a path for the next five years. Thanks to the many people and organizations that participated in shaping our future. Nordic Northwest’s Board of Directors took all of this valuable input and formed five high-level activities outlined below that will remain the focus for Nordic Northwest over the coming years. This activity will help Nordic Northwest fulfill its vision to enrich the lives of its members and wider community and to fulfill the mission of Nordic Northwest. Five volunteer Task Forces are in the process of being further defined and each Task Force will address one of these high-level activities. Two Board Members will participate on each Task Force and soon will be reaching out to its members for participation on these Task Forces.
